Last Order Dates for Christmas Coffee Delivery
Need coffee in time for Christmas? To ensure you have the right amount of coffee for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by Sunday 17th December this year.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery order by 17 December
Home customers
The order deadline for pre-Christmas delivery is midnight on Sunday 17 December.
Orders and subscription renewals received between 17 and 21 December will be shipped via Royal Mail before Christmas but may not arrive until after Christmas.
If you are ordering after the cutoff, we recommend choosing a premium shipping option to give your parcel the best chance of early arrival.
All orders for 2+ bags of coffee will be upgraded to a Royal Mail Tracked 24h free of charge.
Orders and subscription renewals placed after 21 December will be shipped when the roastery re-opens in the first week of January.

Cafes and wholesale customers

Orders received between 18 December and 21 December will be dispatched via courier before Christmas but may not arrive until after Christmas.
If you're a customers who places larger orders, or have palletised delivery, we will contact you to arrange your pre-Christmas delivery.
Orders placed after 21 December will be shipped when the roastery re-opens in the first week of January.

To give our team a well-earned break, the roastery will close for Christmas on Friday 22nd December 2023. Here are the final ship dates and order deadlines for 2023.
Home customers
We will be roasting and posting orders up to midnight 21 December. So whilst your order might not arrive in time for Christmas morning, it should arrive shortly afterwards.
Orders placed between 18 and 21 December using a Royal Mail shipping option will arrive after Christmas.
Orders and subscription renewals placed after 21 December will be shipped when the roastery re-opens in the first week of January.

Cafes and wholesale customers
The last order date for trade customers is midnight on Sunday 17 December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. These orders will be shipped on Monday 18 December by Tracked courier.
Orders received from 18 to 21 December will be shipped by courier. Our shipping partners will do all they can to get to you as soon as possible but these are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and may arrive between Christmas and New Year.
Orders received from Friday 22 December onwards will be shipped on Tuesday 02 January 2023 when the roastery reopens and delivered on Wednesday 03 January 2022.
