Our no-sweat recipe for cold brew coffee

by

It seems that in the midst of a heatwave, even the coffee purists amongst us are happy to dive head first into a cold brew.

There are tons of recipes out there, and varying opinions on what makes a truly "great" cold brew, but this recipe which we've been using for our summer Filter Friday events seems to have gone down a treat. Better still, it's easy to replicate at home.

We usually choose a filter-roast coffee with bright fruit notes and sweetness - Veracruz and San Isidro both work brilliantly.
