A handmade barista apron makes the perfect gift for any coffee lover.
We spent months searching for the perfect barista apron. An apron which looks incredible and is sustainably made to last.
We found the perfect partners in Risdon & Risdon, a family business making artisan aprons in Shropshire, UK.
WHY WE LOVE THESE INCREDIBLE BARISTA APRONS
Made with Sustainable Materials
The indigo denim in our barista aprons is from Candiani Denim in Italy – recognised the most sustainable denim mill in the world. The leather comes from Italy using natural tannins to create leather of the highest quality.
Durable Barista Aprons
The denim in our barista aprons is a super tough 10oz weight. It can withstand daily use in domestic kitchens or in busy bars and cafes.
Barista Aprons Made in UK
Each barista apron is cut by hand and made in Risdon & Risdon’s workshop in Shropshire, UK. Pockets are reinforced with rivets and buckles are made in the heart of England in a small foundry in the heart of Walsall.
Our speciality coffee is hand roasted on vintage machines, rescued from scrap and lovingly rebuilt by us. We look for suppliers and partners with the same love and and passion for creating a handcrafted product. Just like Extract, Risdon & Risdon is a family business with a passion for artisan craft.
Founder Carla has a background in textiles, sewing and making – mixed with a passion for traditional craftsmanship and a love of modern design. Alex is the leather worker with a natural talent for working raw materials into beautiful pieces. James is the mastermind behind the branding and photography.
They all believe in quality that not only lasts but looks good.
An exquisitely made piece – and an exceptional coffee gift for coffee lovers with a conscience.
Lifetime guarantee – free repairs
We are not offering a click and collect service from the roastery at the moment. We hope to reintroduce this in 2021.
