It’s that time of year again when we inject a little caffeine kickstarter into the month of November! Over the past 3 years we have been honoured to support the Movember Foundation and their commitment to men living happier, healthier and longer lives. And we do this the best way we know how – sourcing some killer coffee and getting people pumped.

Since its first incarnation 3 years ago, the Strongman espresso has taken on a whole life of its own. It’s a coffee with a reputation for delivering big flavours, great complexity and of course giving us the get up and go to get out there and fight the good fight. This year is no exception. A return to the Antioquia region of Colombia has yielded another fan-tash-tic coffee to become this year’s Movember espresso. Punchy autumnal fruits of fig, plum and blackcurrant are balanced by a deep earthy cocoa finish. In milk this becomes chocolate and sticky toasted marshmallows. Get a biscuit on the go and think rocky road!

The important stuff: £1 from every kilo sold will be donated to the Foundation, as well as generating awareness in the local coffee community. And of course – facial hair will be ceremoniously removed, and then regrown. This won’t be easy, I’m sure you can all imagine how attached to our beards we are.
