We work hard to make sure the taste of our coffees is kept at a consistently high level. If you receive a bag of coffee and it doesn’t taste quite right please send it back to us. We will test it to see what’s going on, and of course reimburse you too.
We like to think of ourselves as a trustworthy lot and we take your privacy seriously. We promise to never share or sell your personal information.
You can explore the Extract Coffee website without giving us any of your personal details. However, if you decide to buy some of our tasty coffee or any equipment from our web shop, enter a competition or sign up to our newsletter, then you will need to provide some personal details.
When you buy something from our web shop your payment will be handled by Stripe, so we will not be able to see the full details of how you have chosen to make your payment. We will have access to your name, address and email address so that we can send you the products that you have bought, or get in touch if we require further information from you.
Our monthly newsletter is a great way for us to share with you all of the exciting stories, events, competitions and general coffee related things that happen at the roastery and in the wider coffee world. We love to see this side of our coffee community grow. You can of course unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org

All of our retail web shop orders are shipped daily, so they should be with you within 48 hours.
To make life nice and easy, we’ve included the shipping costs in the price of our coffee. For any of our hardware products, shipping will be determined at checkout and orders that exceeded £50 will receive free shipping.
All orders are dispatched via either Royal Mail for smaller orders, and Interlink Express for larger orders.
