FUDGE-E-BEAR ………brings you a good fudgee flat white espresso that really does work well with milk. It’s the last of our ‘summer in mind’ espresso blends, not least because its been raining fairly consistently for 8 weeks!
Why FUDGE-E-BEAR?…. Well the roasting, cupping and the shot pulling at the roastery all came first and when we finally decided on this washed and natural blend, Roaster Dave went all fudgee on us and described it as ” a mouth full of fudge, like being cuddled by one of those Fudge Bears, you know the ones?”. We looked at him for a few seconds, straight faced, smiled, shook our heads and said ‘whatever’ David. It certainly wasn’t heat stroke, just a long day we reckon!
