SHIPPING
We are roasting, picking, packing and shipping your orders Monday - Friday and are closed on bank holidays. Please factor in a slightly longer delivery time if ordering over Christmas, Easter or a bank holiday weekend.
Home Orders
All retail orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We aim to ship orders the day after they're placed, however when we experience unexpected higher order volumes it may take an extra day to ship your order.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free upgraded shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24® on all orders over £25 and on all subscription renewals.
ORDERS UNDER £25
Royal Mail Tracked 48® - £2.95 (Inc VAT). Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 working days (including saturdays!) using Tracked 48®.
Royal Mail Tracked 24® - £3.95 (Inc VAT). Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 working days using Tracked 24®.
Whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels within the time above, they are unable to guarantee so it could take an extra day or two in peak times.

Wholesale Orders
We aim to ship wholesale orders the following working day, however during busy times we may require an extra day to prepare your order.
COURIER DELIVERY
- Order day 1 for day 3. For example: Order Monday and your order will be dispatched on Tuesday and out for delivery on Wednesday.
- Free shipping on orders over £200.00.
- Orders under £200.00 will encur a £6.00 (ex VAT) shipping charge.
- If you are running low on coffee and need a delivery as quickly as possible, please call our Customer Service Team on 0117 955 4976 and we will try our best to help.
BRISTOL LOCAL VAN DELIVERIES
- Free local deliveries by our very own electric van to customers within certain Bristol postcodes.
- Local Van deliveries run on Monday to Friday.
- Order day 1 for day 3. For example: Order Monday for Wednesday van delivery.

RETURNS
You have the right to cancel orders for Non-Perishable Goods within 14 working days of delivery.
For items you buy from Extract Coffee Roasters that includes things like brew equipment, T-shirts and other non-consumable items. This doesn’t include consumable items like coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
If you wish to return non-perishable goods to us, our returns policy is outlined below.
RETURNS POLICY
Let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods that you would like to cancel and have your order refunded by emailing orders@extractcoffee.co.uk.
Please mark your email with Refund Request in the subject and include the following information: Order Number, Order Date, Ordering Email.
Only goods in “New” condition qualify for a refund. Extract Coffee Roasters is unable to cover to the returns shipping cost. The return must arrive to us within 14 days of being alerted of the cancellation.
We will process your refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER to us
Our return address is: Extract Coffee Roasters, Unit 1, New Gatton Road, Bristol, BS2 9SH.
Please include a copy of your order number / reason for return / return date with your return package.
Please retain evidence of having returned the item such as a postage receipt. We recommend using a tracked service when returning the item back to us, to ensure it arrives safely and keeping your tracking number as proof of postage.
If you are local to Bristol, you can also deliver your return by hand to the address above.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order is damaged, not as described or you have been sent the wrong item, please contact our Customer Experience Team via hello@extractcoffee.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the goods so that we can rectify this.
