Opt for precise dosing or use the push button grind for manual dosing. A fast, consistent and reliable espresso grinder, we love the excellent burr resilience, and micrometric grind adjustment, even when dealing with large consistencies and up to a weighty 5000kg measure.

The Compak F8 coffee grinder is available in a Dose By Weight or On Demand model with Stainless Steel or RedSpeed burrs.

F8 On Demand (OD) grinder:

The standard F8 OD model is one of our most popular coffee grinders for cafes and restautants. Precision dosing, a choice of automatic or manual modes, the ability to programme 3 on-demand coffee profiles and an easy to use, intuitive display. It's available with steel or RedSpeed burrs.

F8 Dose By Weight (DBW) grinder:

The Compak F8 Dose By Weight model has the same great features as the Compak F8 OD but with some cool additional features to make coffee dosing easier and more precise.

The result is more consistent coffee for your customers, and a more efficient workflow for your team.

• Real time weighing scale integrated into the grinder means no need for baristas to weigh every shot.
• Portafilter recognition system for up to 10 portafilters
• Self-learning software auto-adjusts throughout service for more consistent coffee shot after shot.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT COMPAK F8 BURRS

• Steel Burrs: The F8 OD and F8 DBW models are both available with 83mm steel burrs. The steel burrs have a lifespan of appriximately 800 kilos of coffee.
• RedSpeed Burrs: Both the F8 OD and F8 DBW models have the option of RedSpeed burrs. These burrs are coated in a specially hardened material to grind with lower friction at a lower temperature. You can reasonably expect them to grind 5000 kilos of coffee before needing to be replaced. (depending on the profile of the coffee you're using.)
