An innovation in water boilers, the Marco Bev MIX Multi-Temperature Water Boiler provides hot water across three set volumes and temperatures, all on demand.
This makes short work of beverages requiring varying degrees of temperature-controlled water. It’s energy-efficient, too – the vacuum insulated tank allows for up to 70% more energy efficiency.
The Marco MIX water boilers are available as complete countertop solutions, including a drip tray and dispensing tap, or can be be bought as an under-counter unit and paired with the MIX font which is sold separately.
Choosing the right Marco Mix Water Boiler
Countertop or Under counter?
- Countertop water boilers: The Marco Mix PB3 and PB8 models are countertop models. These include a removable drip tray and a built in tap for dispensing.
- Undercounter water boilers: The Marco Mix UC3 and UC8 are under-counter boilers. These are a sleek solution for cafes which are low on counterspace or are looking for a more pared back and minimalist design. The UC3 and UC8 boilers need to be purchased with the Marco MIX font.
What size water boiler do I need?
Each of the water boilers will heat about 28litres of water an hour, around 150 cups.
The biggest consideration when choosing the size of your waterboiler is the initial draw-off capacity - how much water you'll be taking in one go.
If you're planning on serving lots of pots of tea, cafetieres, or pour-over coffee, its worth investing in a larger boiler to keep your service running smoothly.
- Marco MIX PB3 and UC3: The Mix PB3 and Mix UC3 are smaller water boilers with has a 3 litre initial draw off.
- Marco MIX PB8 and UC8: The Mix PB8 and Mix UC8 are medium sized water boilers with an 8 litre initial draw-off.
