Veracruz is one of our all time favourite farms. Part of the larger Santa Barbara Estates, this small rural farm is producing some of the most stunning Colombian coffee we’ve ever tasted. Delicate floral honey, baked plum and crisp red apple make for a balanced, sweet and delicious cup of coffee.
The farm practices a mixed 3 day fermentation. This involves combining subsequent day’s cherry picking into the same tank. Each day’s pick raises the pH within the tank and controls fermentation, allowing for great flavour development without the solution turning acetic.

EASTER DELIVERY
Our roastery team have been working flat out throughout lockdown and will be taking a well deserved break over Easter weekend.
This means that we will not be posting out orders on Good Friday or Easter Monday.
Orders will be posted within 2 working days after order date, which means that any orders received after midnight on Tuesday 7th April may not be posted until Tuesday 14th April.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY DURING LOCKDOWN
Thank you to everyone who is supporting us by ordering coffee at home. We’ve seen a surge in orders since lockdown began. To stay on top of this, your orders are taking slightly longer than usual to process. Orders will be posted within two working days of order date.

We’re not a fan of hidden shipping costs. That’s why we offer free shipping on all of our products.
We want to make sure that your coffee arrives at peak freshness, ready to drink and enjoy.
Coffee will be packed 2 working days after placing your order and shipped the following day. So you you should receive it 3-5 working days after your order.
Orders to the channel islands will arrive 3-7 days after ordering.
Espresso-roast coffees are at their best after being rested for a few days, so you might notice a slightly longer roast date on an espresso coffee when it arrives. This doesn’t mean your coffee is old, it just means that it’s ready!
