Prefer a long, drip filter coffee to ease you into the day? A filter-roast coffee is a medium to light roast, usually with bright fruit flavours. Most filter coffees will taste best black and brewed using a filter machine, pour-over filter, Aeropress or cafetière. Each of our filter coffees comes with its own inspiring sourcing story. It’s also local coffee, roasted here in our coffee roastery on one of the hand-restored roasters, rescued from scrap and rebuilt by the team at Extract.
