If you’ve ever wished your hot chocolate had the same care and flavour as your coffee, then this one’s for you. This is our own bespoke hot chocolate blend, made just for Extract Coffee Roasters.
We developed it to be the hot chocolate you reach for first, whether it’s going on your café menu or straight into your favourite mug at home.
32% responsibly sourced cocoa, blended for balance and sweetness. It's smooth, rich, and moreish, this is hot chocolate done right. Great with dairy milk, lovely with alt-milks, and perfect in mochas.

How to make the perfect cup
Single Serve:
- Mix 28g (1 scoop) with a splash of boiling water to make a smooth paste.
- Top with steamed milk, stir, enjoy.
Pre-batch for busy service:
- Mix hot chocolate with boiling water at a 1:1 ratio.
- Bottle it up, then use 50g pre-mix per 12oz cup, topping with steamed milk.
