- 60g of Rhubarb Rooibos Tea Concentrate
- 15g of Elderflower Cordial
- 10g of lemon juice
- 120g of soda water, or tonic water for a little extra punch
- Ice
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ROOIBOS
In South Africa, Rooibos is known as Red Bush. It's naturally caffeine-free and is used in herbal medicine for its healing properties. The Rooibos included in this organic herbal infusion tea, grows at 650m above sea level on the Bergendal Estate; it is one of the few plants to thrive in the stony barren land of the Western Cape in South Africa.
Leaves are picked and cut before undergoing a natural fermentation. Finally, they are spread out and dried in the African sun to give the tea its famous ruby-red colour.
Try it iced for a refreshing summer brew.
HOW TO BREW
- Add one tea bag to a cup
- Pour over 250ml hot water at 95-100°C
- Brew for three to five minutes
- Enjoy!
