We’re looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our growing all-star team at the roastery in Bristol.
If you are positive, organised with great multitasking and administrative skills then you might just be the person for the job.
So, what does a day in the life of Customer Coordinator look like?
You’ll manage our inbound orders and enquiries via phone and email so it goes without saying that your verbal and written communication skills should be second to none.
It’s a fast paced and busy environment so get ready to multitask and prioritise! You will be working with our customers to make sure orders are placed in line with daily order deadlines, so you should be able to work efficiently within a structured environment.
As the first port of call, you’ll have excellent customer service in mind at all times. That means learning about our products so that you can talk about them confidently, developing a firm knowledge of the processes we have in place to help us deliver amazing customer service every day and working with colleagues in other teams to pass on queries.
We're looking for a team player who enjoys getting stuck in and is passionate about being part of our mission to Make Coffee Better. It's a lot to learn but with the help and knowledge of the full Extract team behind you, including weekly coffee tastings - you'll be up to speed in no time.
