WHICH IS THE RIGHT EK43 MODEL FOR ME?
- EK43 C: The burrs on the EK43-C are designed for coarser coffee grinds. If you're planning to grind for Aeropress, filter brews, cafetieres, cold brews, coffee cupping, moka pots or domestic espresso machines, this is the model we would recommend.
- EK43 T: The burrs on the EK43-T are designed for much finer coffee grinds. We'd recommend choosing the EK43 if you're planning to use the EK43 for commercial espresso machines or turkish coffee.
- Short: Both the EK43-C and the EK43-T are available in regular or short sizes. The shorter model has a smaller, 800g hopper and a height of 680mm so better suited to more smaller bars and benches or those with overhead cupboards.
- Regular: The regular model EK43 is a statement piece and better suited to larger volumes with a hopper capacity of 1.5kg and a height of 828mm.
