Bring an espresso coffee icon to your coffee bar or into your home. The La Marzocco machines GS3 Espresso Machine is a professional grade coffee machine, built for your home kitchen.
The GS3 is a step up from the la Marzocco Linea Mini. It's a larger, more powerful machine which uses the same thermal stability system as La Marzocco's iconic Strada espresso machine. That includes a preheating system and powerful dual boilers for maximum steam production (great for microfoam and latte art).
The machine is a plug and play - and plumbing in is optional, thanks to an internal 2.5l water tank, so the GS3 is kitchen-counter ready. If you're looking for a luxury home barista set up for the best possible espresso at home, this is about as good as it gets.
The La Marzocco GS3 espresso machine package from Extract Coffee Roasters includes:

What is an AV (Auto Volumetrics) Espresso Machine?
AV stands for Auto Volumetric. This means that the espresso shot is started by the barista, then your GS3 espresso machine automatically pours a pre-programmed amount of water through the grouphead to reach the right amount of coffee that you need. The benefit of this is consistency and accuracy.
What is an MP (Manual Paddle) Espresso Machine?
With the MP model, pre-infusion and shot volumes are controlled manually using the Brew Paddle. This gives baristas more control over every element of their espresso. The La Marzocco MP model comes with a periscope pressure gauge and conical valve.
The innovative conical valve system on this model controls water flow and pressure inside the machine, before applying full pressure. The paddle valve controls pre-infusion while the volumetric pump is working at full pressure, allowing the barista to perform pre-infusion whilst extracting coffee. Ultimately, this means you get a more balanced extraction and a supreme espresso.
Why we love the GS3
- Dual boilers. Dual boilers are a more common feature in commercial machines, less so for domestic espresso machines. Separate boilers in the GS3 mean you have greater thermal stability (so more consistent coffee) and a dedicated 3.5l steam boiler means you'll be able to create perfect microfoam, just what you need for some killer latte art.
- Iconic design. La Marzocco are espresso icons in the world of speciality coffee and have been designing espresso machines for 95 years. The design & quality is incredible. For a luxury home barista set up - this is as good as it gets.
- Customisable options. With the GS3 there's an option to customise your machine with custom colours and to swap the black side panels for glass. (Additional costs apply). Contact us if you'd like more information.
