Top tips for wholesale coffee orders
Order like a pro!
A HANDY CHECKLIST FOR WHOLESALE COFFEE ORDERS
In this quick checklist we share some useful information to remember when placing your wholesale coffee order.
| Order online: | The fastest and most flexible way to order is online. Saving your regular products in a wishlist and replicating previous orders will save you time. Sign up for online ordering here. |
| Grind: | For your house coffee your grind will usually be whole bean. Decaf or retail bags might be pre-ground. Check you're requesting the correct grind when ordering. |
| Bag size: | Do you need 1kg bags to serve? Or 250g retail bags to sell to your customers. Check you've requested the right size bag. |
| Check your coffee: | Make sure you order the coffee that you selected with your account manager. If you'd like to change your coffee or try a guest coffee, talk to us first. |
| Cases of 12: | Please order your house coffee by the case or half case, so multiples of 6kg or 12kg. |
| Day 1 for day 3: | Order day 1 for day 3 delivery based on working days. (Monday orders are delivered on Wednesday, Friday orders are delivered the following Tuesday) |
| Free shipping for £200+: | Orders over £200 get free shipping using our standard courier service. More information on our shipping and returns page. |
| Local Van deliveries: | Deliveries run on Monday to Friday. Order day 1 for day 3 (Monday orders are delivered on Wednesday, Friday orders are delivered the following Tuesday). |
| Weekly or fortnightly: | To reduce the carbon footprint of multiple deliveries, please try to order weekly or fortnightly. |
| Opening hours: | The roastery is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm so if ordering over the phone you need to order between these times. You can order online at any time and we'll start processing your order the next working day. |
| Premium shipping: | You can upgrade your shipping to a premium service to arrive pre 10.30am or on a Saturday. Please note that the order will still be dispatched the following working day. (So the deadline for a Saturday delivery is Thursday). |
| Bank holidays: | The roastery is closed on bank holidays. Please factor in a longer delivery time when ordering before a bank holiday weekend. |
| 1 week for XL orders: | If you need to place an order for significantly more coffee than usual (events, promotions, or a big Christmas retail order) please let us know as soon as you can. 1-2 weeks notice would help us out a lot. |
