INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING AND RETURNS FOR YOUR EXTRACT COFFEE ORDER

On this page you'll find everything you need to know about shipping and returns for your coffee order.

We have different shipping methods for wholesale and retail orders, so below you'll find shipping information for home coffee customers and shipping information for trade coffee customers.

SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION FOR HOME COFFEE ORDERS


In Autumn 2021 we tried and tested some new shipping options for home coffee orders. We've shared some insight into why we've done this in this shipping blog post.

Our retail orders are shipped within 2 working days of placing your order. You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

The roastery is closed on bank holidays so please factor in a longer delivery time if ordering over Christmas, Easter or a bank holiday weekend.

FREE SHIPPING

  • We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping on all of our orders, so orders with free shipping should arrive in 3-7 days.
  • Orders over £20 receive a free upgrade to Royal Mail 48h Tracked.

UPGRADED SHIPPING

  • You can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 48h Tracked for £2.50.
  • Orders over £20 receive a free upgrade to Royal Mail 48h Tracked.
  • You can also upgrade to Royal Mail 24h Tracked for £5.40.

All orders are dispatched the following working day. So an order placed on a Friday with Royal Mail 24h Tracked delivery, will be dispatched the following Monday and should be received on Tuesday.

RETURNS

We work hard to make sure the taste of our coffees consistently excellent. If you receive your order and aren't completely happy with it, please email webshop@extractcoffee.co.uk within 48 hours of your order arriving.

SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION FOR WHOLESALE COFFEE ORDERS

SHIPPING: COURIER DELIVERY

  • Order day 1 for day 3. For example: Order Monday for Wednesday van delivery.
  • Free delivery on orders over £200.
  • Orders under £200 delivery charges are £5.50 + VAT.
  • You can choose to upgrade your delivery to next day and pre-noon delivery.
  • If your house coffee is one of our hero coffees, please order in multiples of six.

SHIPPING: BRISTOL LOCAL VAN DELIVERIES

  • Bristol local van: Daily deliveries to customers within our Bristol local van delivery area.
  • Local Van deliveries run on Monday to Friday.
  • Order Day 1 for day 2.
    For example: Order Monday for Tuesday van delivery.
  • If you are ordering single origin coffee, please allow an extra day when placing your order as we roast all single origins to order.
  • Local Van deliveries are temporarily being replaced by our courier delivery and will return from 1st July 2022.

RETURNS

Customer returns and complaints don't happen often and we deal with each case on an individual basis.

Please check each delivery thoroughly. If there are any shortages or damage, please email orders@extractcoffee.co.uk within 48 hours to report this.
