INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING AND RETURNS FOR YOUR EXTRACT COFFEE ORDER

On this page you'll find everything you need to know about shipping and returns for your coffee order.

We have different shipping methods for wholesale and retail orders, so below you'll find shipping information for home coffee customers and shipping information for trade coffee customers.

SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION FOR HOME COFFEE ORDERS


SHIPPING

Our retail orders are shipped the following working day after you place your order. You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

  • We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping on all of our orders, so orders with free shipping should arrive in 5-7 days. Packages which weight over 1kg will be sent 2nd Class Tracked.
  • You can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked for £4.50. This will be dispatched the following working day and should arrive within 2 days.

RETURNS

We work hard to make sure the taste of our coffees consistently excellent. If you receive your order and aren't completely happy with it, please email webshop@extractcoffee.co.uk within 48 hours of your order arriving.

SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION FOR WHOLESALE COFFEE ORDERS


SHIPPING: COURIER DELIVERY

  • Order day 1 for day 3.
  • Free delivery on orders over £200.
  • Orders under £200 delivery charges are £5.50 + VAT.
  • You can choose to upgrade your delivery to next day and pre-noon delivery.
  • If your house coffee is one of our hero coffees, please order in multiples of six.

SHIPPING: BRISTOL LOCAL VAN DELIVERIES

  • Bristol local van: Daily deliveries to customers within our Bristol local van delivery area.
  • Local Van deliveries run on Monday to Friday.
  • Orders MUST be placed the day before by 2pm. For example: Order before Tuesday 2pm for Wednesday van delivery.
  • If you are ordering single origin coffee, please place the order two days BEFORE SHIPPING. We roast all single origins to order. For example: Order single origins before Monday 2pm for Wednesday van delivery.

RETURNS

Customer returns and complaints don't happen often and we deal with each case on an individual basis.

Please check each delivery thoroughly. If there are any shortages or damage, please email orders@extractcoffee.co.uk within 48 hours to report this.
