INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING AND RETURNS FOR YOUR EXTRACT COFFEE ORDER
On this page you'll find everything you need to know about shipping and returns for your coffee order.
We have different shipping methods for wholesale and retail orders, so below you'll find shipping information for home coffee customers and shipping information for trade coffee customers.
SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION FOR HOME COFFEE ORDERS
Our retail orders are shipped the following working day after you place your order. You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping on all of our orders, so orders with free shipping should arrive in 2-3 days. You can choose to upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 1st Class for £2.95 or a 24 hour courier for £6.60.

We work hard to make sure the taste of our coffees consistently excellent. If you receive your order and aren't completely happy with it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your order arriving.
SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION FOR WHOLESALE COFFEE ORDERS
Order day 1, for day 2: Order before 2pm for next day delivery.
Order day 1 for day 3: Single Origin coffees and orders received after 2pm are shipped the next day and will be received on day 3.
We offer the following shipping methods to our trade customers:
- Bristol local van: Daily deliveries to customers within our Bristol local van delivery area.
- 24 hour Courier: £6.60 or free for orders over £200. Tracked delivery with order notifications.
- Courier pre 10.30am: Price dependent on order volume, quoted at checkout. Tracked delivery with order notifications
- Courier Saturday: Price dependent on order volume, quoted at checkout. Tracked delivery with order notifications

Customer returns and complaints don't happen often and we deal with each case on an individual basis.
Please check each delivery thoroughly. If there are any shortages or damage, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to report this.
