We love Bristol-based craft brewery Wiper & True's respect for quality ingredients and the craft beer producer’s innate curiosity.
Stand-out special edition beers include a light and hoppy Funka Pale Ale using Unkle Funka espresso and Swally, a rich, coffee stout using Dr Strangelove.
Just like us, our friends at Toast Ales are people on a mission to save the world. For Toast, it's all about reducing food waste.
After experimenting with beers brewed using waste coffee-chaff (weird!) we settled on an incredible craft beer coffee stout.
Grimsby-based Docks Beers are a craft brewery all about hard-graft. After umpteen restoration projects on our vintage roasters, this is something we can get behind!
The 2021 espresso-stout, Groundworks, is brewed using our Cast Iron espresso and tonka beans.
Fierce & Noble
Just down the road from our Bristol roastery, craft brewers Fierce & Noble brew modern, seasonal beers.
Our most popular coffee-beers have included a Cast Iron Coffee Stout made using our Cast Iron Espresso.
Bristol Beer Factory
One of our earliest coffee beers was a Mocha Stout for Bristol Beer Factory 12 Stouts of Christmas.
We used our special Hope Project peaberry coffee to create a chocolatey stout with cherry fruitiness.

PROJECT X WITH LUDLOW GIN
Ludlow Gin is an artisan distillery in the Shropshire Hills.
We worked together to create Project X, an award-winning cold-brew coffee liquer. Shake with ice for a perfect espresso martini.
When some friends came to us with an early idea of making a drink from cascara, the discarded skins of the coffee cherries, we were delighted to help with sourcing and research.
The final product created was Discarded, this amazing cascara-infused sweet vermouth.
TIA MARIA COFFEE ACADEMY
We were stoked to be a part of the Tia Maria + Coffee Project Academy, when it launched in 2016.
A free training academy for bartenders across the UK to elevate their coffee-cocktails.
We mixed coffee and cocktails with some of the world’s best bartenders on Icelandic glaciers as part of Camp Monkey, a training experience hosted by Monkey Shoulder.
In this flavour-fuelled adventure we shared our passion and expertise to help bartenders level-up their coffee cocktails.

When Paletas UK got in touch to say they were thinking of releasing a new, coffee-flavoured paleta, we were able to find the perfect mexican coffee for these mexican iced lollies.

Bristol-based vegan chocolatiers, Radek's Chocolate wanted to create a new organic, coffee-chocolate bar. The result? This incredible cashew-mocha made with Extract Organic Espresso.
