ARE YOU EXTRACT COFFEE ROASTERS NEW ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR?
Extract Coffee Roasters, recently awarded Best Speciality Roaster in the UK Coffee Awards, is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in Bristol.
ABOUT THE ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE
You’ll be working as part of a small team to facilitate the processing of the company’s day to day bookkeeping and finance tasks. You’ll maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy at all times to support the Finance & Office Manager and Accounts Technician in their roles.
Day to day tasks will include; matching and processing of supplier invoices, bank account reconciliation, posting debtor payments and credit control and maintaining shared team email inbox. As we are a small team, you will at times also be on hand to support our Customer Coordinators in processing customer orders and answering the phone.
Hospitality and service is at the heart of all we do so you should be passionate about developing great relationships with our customers and providing excellent customer service. If you have a keen interest in coffee, that would be a bonus!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
The perfect candidate will be an experienced Accounts Administrator with at least two years experience in a similar role. You will be a logical and methodical problem solver with an excellent eye for detail.
You will have lots of experience with Microsoft Office and in particular have excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Accounting or bookkeeping qualifications would be an advantage but are not necessary for candidates with proven skills and experience.

By that we mean better for coffee growers, for cafes and hospitality businesses, for coffee drinkers and for our local communities too.
