JOIN THE MARKETING TEAM
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Extract Coffee Roasters, you’ll help grow our brand and drive performance across digital channels. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role supporting revenue growth across both our retail and wholesale channels, aligned to our mission to Make Coffee Better.
You’ll strengthen our online customer journey, improving how customers discover, engage with and purchase our products. This is an opportunity to combine creative thinking with data-led decision making and make a visible commercial impact.
You’ll manage and optimise key digital platforms, including website performance, CRM segmentation and campaign reporting. Using insight to improve conversion, engagement and retention.
Working cross-functionally across the business, you’ll translate strategy into effective activity across email, web, paid media and social, bringing organisation and accountability to everything you deliver.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Digital Channel Management
Manage and optimise website content, promotions and SEO elements
Support setup, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns
Monitor performance across digital channels and provide clear insights
Manage CRM segmentation and email lists to support targeted communication
Technical & Platform Support
Act as first point of contact for website and eCommerce issues
Troubleshoot checkout, shipping, discount and product display issues
Maintain accurate product data, site structure and metadata
Coordinate platform updates and document recurring fixes
Campaign Delivery & Content
Plan and deliver digital campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar
Build and schedule email campaigns, including automation flows (Klaviyo)
Create and publish SEO-driven blog and social content
Support visual content creation and ensure brand consistency
Plan, write and schedule social media content (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn), including reels and community engagement.
Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Production and Design teams
Contribute to campaign planning, reporting and performance reviews
Support integrated communications across retail and wholesale channels
Assist with general marketing coordination where required
Brand & Purpose
Ensure communications reflect Extract’s tone, values and visual identity
Support storytelling around sustainability and community initiatives
Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns and brand moments
Help maintain consistent messaging across digital platforms
What you’ll bring
Essential
1–2 years’ digital marketing experience, including campaign delivery and performance analysis
Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and audience
Experience using website CMS platforms, email marketing systems (e.g. Klaviyo), analytics tools and paid media platforms
Able to interpret data confidently and translate insights into clear, actionable plans
Skilled at troubleshooting digital or platform issues
Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects
Collaborative and open to feedback
Desirable
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Understanding of SEO and paid digital campaign optimisation
Interest in coffee, sustainability or purpose-driven brands

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
