Working in coffee and looking for a new challenge? Or a qualified espresso machine technician? We want to hear from you. Extract Coffee Roasters, recently awarded Best Speciality Roaster in the UK Coffee Awards, is looking for a machine technician to join our awesome team.


MORE ABOUT THE ESPRESSO TECHNICIAN JOB ROLE

You will have incredible customer facing skills, be able to think on your feet and get excited at the idea of working with some of the world’s best coffee day in day out.

As one of the UK’s most innovative roasters, you’ll get the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as new product releases from leading machine manufacturers & machine customisation projects.

Based in the South East, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining our customers’ equipment within London and the wider South-East region.

You need to be able to manage your time and stocks of spare parts effectively, so good organisation skills are vital for this role.

Repairs and installations could sometimes be out of hours, so there will be times when the role requires flexibility with your working hours. A full UK driving license is essential.

Previous technical experience within the coffee industry is desirable, and a love and passion for coffee, a keen interest in machinery and a "fix-it" mentality is essential.

When it comes to improving your skills and knowledge, you will receive mentorship and training from some of the best technicians in coffee.
