We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead a small team of 3–4 operatives in our Avonmouth dispatch centre. Working Monday–Friday, 9–5, this is a hands-on role coordinating the daily flow of coffee, packaging and supplies through our warehouse and out to customers.

You’ll help ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and on time. Protecting the quality, service standards and team culture that sit at the heart of our mission to Make Coffee Better.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Coordinating the daily picking, packing and dispatch workflow to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Supervising and supporting a small team of 3–4 operatives, setting priorities and keeping the operation running smoothly
  • Overseeing goods-in, stock accuracy and inventory control using NetSuite
  • Maintaining strong warehouse standards including FIFO stock rotation, traceability and organised storage
  • Supporting stock takes, cycle counts and resolving discrepancies when they arise
  • Ensuring a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse environment, following food safety and H&S standards
  • Coordinating courier collections and dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery expectations
  • Stepping in to support the Logistics & Warehouse Manager and helping maintain a positive, solutions-focused team culture
  • What we're looking for

    Essential

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics or stock control
  • Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team (formal or informal leadership)
  • Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
  • Confident using ERP or stock management systems (NetSuite experience beneficial)
  • Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
  • Clear communicator with a people-first approach
  • Physically comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Desirable

  • Forklift licence (or willingness to train)
  • Experience in food production, foodservice distribution or FMCG
  • Health & Safety or Food Safety training
