ARE YOU EXTRACT COFFEE ROASTERS NEW MARKETING COORDINATOR?
Extract Coffee Roasters, recently awarded Best Speciality Roaster in the UK Coffee Awards, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Bristol.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a marketing assistant or marketing executive role. If you can maintain focus, energy and optimism in managing marketing activity, especially through busier periods - we want to hear from you!
ABOUT THE MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLE
As a motivated and energetic marketer, you’ll coordinate our day to day marketing activities.
This includes managing marketing campaigns, overseeing product development and planning content. You will work with teams across the business and measure the success of our marketing activity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation and campaign management. A big part of this role is interpreting customer behaviour and coming up with new ideas to increase brand awareness, so you’ll need to be a creative thinker too..
Most of the time you’ll be working in our Bristol roastery. There will also be regular travel to London and opportunities for home working when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Coordinating existing product development and promotional activities across all categories.
Writing engaging product copy for print and digital channels..
Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, drive qualified traffic and generate leads.
Working with Extract’s design team to create engaging promotional materials and brand assets.
Reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and making campaign adjustments as needed.
Day-to-day management of our Instagram account and social channels. Content creation will be a team effort.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A MARKETING COORDINATOR
Strong content creation & copywriting skills.
A sense of good design and a love for great copy and clear communication.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage, educate and excite.
Experience with Adobe Suite including Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator would be an advantage.
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field or experience working with speciality coffee is a bonus.
