Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and deliver marketing across our growing coffee business.

At Extract Coffee Roasters, we’re an independent, B Corp certified roastery with a simple purpose: Make Coffee Better: for farmers, customers and the planet.

We work with some of the UK’s best cafés, restaurants and hospitality venues; helping them serve consistently brilliant coffee while building a brand that people genuinely connect with.

This role sits at the centre of that.

You’ll take ownership of campaigns, content and brand across both wholesale (B2B) and consumer (B2C) channels, working closely with teams across the business to make sure our marketing is relevant, joined-up and delivers real impact.

What you’ll do

  • Planning and delivering campaigns across digital, email, social, website, events and trade channels
  • Managing the day-to-day marketing calendar and keeping activity on track
  • Owning brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Overseeing website, CRM and social channels (with support from the Marketing Exec)
  • Supporting our wholesale customers with marketing tools and content
  • Leading events, launches and brand activations
  • Tracking performance and using insight to improve results
  • Managing and supporting a small creative team

    What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website, email/CRM and social
  • Confident managing projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience briefing and guiding creative work across content, design and campaigns
  • Comfortable supporting B2B or wholesale marketing activity
  • Able to use data and insight to track performance and improve results

    Bonus if you have

  • Experience in coffee, hospitality or food & beverage
  • Experience supporting B2B or wholesale marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM, analytics or eCommerce platforms

    Contract

  • Job Type: Fixed term contract
  • Contract length: 52 weeks
