People & Culture Lead
Are you our new People & Culture Lead ?
Extract Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced People and Culture Lead to join the team in a part-time role based in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will already have experience in a similar role, be able to demonstrate their ability to lead People and Culture strategy and be innovative in fostering and developing strong business culture.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a People & Culture Lead who combines creativity, professionalism, and strategic insight to help shape our people strategy and support our ongoing growth.
With a keen eye for detail, and a clear understanding of Extract Coffee Roasters business objectives, you will help develop strategies to select, develop and retain the best people to meet these objectives.
You will champion our company values (the BHQ’s) and support strategies to embed these values throughout the business.
It will also be your responsibility to oversee the employee journey and ensure that training and development opportunities are available to enhance performance and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Support and implement company strategy around employee engagement of our company values (BHQ’s)
Collaborate with key company stakeholders, align People strategies with operational needs to ensure seamless integration and support.
Oversee and implement the day to day employee journey including, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and personal development.
Handle People relations confidently and in line with UK employment law.
Working closely with company Directors to drive the future People strategy.
Review and develop our current Reward and Recognition streams
Keep abreast of developments in Employment Law and ensure all company policies and documents are up to date.
Skills & Qualifications
CIPD qualified
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Proven track record of developing people and culture practises
Strategic thinking and problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate company BHQ’s; Integrity, Empathy, Self-Awareness, Kindness, Curiosity, Optimism
