We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to lead and support our London Account Management team, helping cafés, restaurants and hospitality partners across your region serve consistently brilliant coffee.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a small team of Account Managers to deliver outstanding service, strong customer retention and sustainable growth. You’ll turn Extract’s commercial and coffee strategy into practical delivery on the ground, coaching your team to strengthen partnerships, open new opportunities and ensure every customer experiences Extract’s trademark quality and care.

If you love people, coffee and achieving results through others, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and develop a small team of Wholesale Account Managers, providing coaching, 1:1s and clear performance goals.
  • Deliver regional sales and retention targets, supporting the team to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with Technical Services to coordinate equipment installs, servicing and customer support.
  • Ensure the team upholds high standards of coffee quality, service and brand presentation across all partner sites.
  • Oversee account health reviews and ensure proactive, timely communication with customers.
  • Model Extract’s values in every customer and team interaction.
  • Report on regional performance, forecasting and opportunities.
  • What you’ll bring

  • Experience in sales, account management or regional leadership within coffee, hospitality or food & beverage.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a small field-based team.
  • Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to targets and growth.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for quality coffee and purpose-driven business.
  • A full UK driving licence and readiness to travel across your region.
  • Why join us?

We’re an independent, B-Corp-certified coffee roastery built on craft, sustainability and community. You’ll join a supportive, people-first culture that values integrity, creativity and collaboration.

  • Salary £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
  • 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (additional days for long service)
  • Pension, wellbeing and development support
  • Genuine flexibility and the chance to make a tangible difference every day
  • Excellent coffee, every day
  • A values-led workplace where you can see the real impact of your work every day

  • Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

We actively support diversity and inclusion and ensure that all our employees are valued and treated with dignity and respect. We want to encourage everyone in our business to reach their potential.

We work to ensure no job applicant, employee or worker is discriminated against either directly or indirectly on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
