Wholesale Account Manager - Central & Wales



ARE YOU OUR NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGER?
Extract Coffee Roasters are looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to join our growing team in the Central and Wales region.
As the Account Manager you will work with a Regional Manager to ensure the smooth and timely opening of new accounts and help existing partners deliver an exceptional coffee experience; focusing on quality, training, on-site visibility and positive relationships.
To be successful, you’ll ideally have previous experience working within speciality coffee. You should have excellent coffee knowledge and a thorough understanding of hospitality and life as a barista, cafe owner or hospitality leader. You need to be able to build strong relationships with your customers and will ideally have several years of experience in a similar role.
When you're not on the road visiting customer accounts you'll be able to work from Extract Coffee Roasters HQ in Bristol.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Hospitality and service are at the heart of all we do so you should be passionate about developing great relationships with our customers and providing an incredible Extract Coffee Roasters experience. You should have a positive and engaging personality and will develop and maintain relationships across all levels.
Driven and able to work on your own, you will have meticulous attention to detail and able to consistently meet commitments with strict deadlines. This is a varied role supporting coffee delivery across multiple customers, so you will have experience in working under pressure while remaining approachable and in control.
This is a hands-on coffee role, the ideal candidate will have experience in the speciality coffee industry or previous account management experience.
You will be based from the Extract roastery in Bristol, however it is a mobile role and you will be required to be out and about in the Central and Wales region supporting our customers. The roastery provides a highly engaging and immersive experience and is the home of Extract’s training, roasting and business support teams.
Frequent travel is required in this role, so a full, UK driving license is required.
