Wholesale Account Manager - London

Join our Account Management Team in London

We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional coffee and build lasting partnerships across the capital.

At Extract Coffee Roasters, we roast speciality coffee with purpose. We work with some of the UK’s most respected cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues supporting them to serve consistently brilliant coffee and grow with us.

In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of a regional portfolio of customers across London and the South East. From your first site visit to training support and ongoing care, you’ll be the link between our customers and the full Extract team — including our Technical, Training, Production and Roastery teams. You’ll also play a key role in bringing new customers into the Extract community — identifying opportunities, managing onboarding, and making sure everything runs smoothly from day one.

This is a people-first role. We value human qualities like empathy, integrity, curiosity and kindness. It’s how we show up for our customers, our teammates and each other.

You’ll be based at Extract London in Bermondsey, just a short walk from London Bridge, and spend much of your time out in the field. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts across London and the surrounding area
  • Work with the Regional Manager to grow accounts through new lines, cross-selling and upselling
  • Support the smooth and timely onboarding of new customers
  • Deliver customer-specific training, tastings and quality support on-site
  • Strengthen multi-level relationships and act as a trusted partner to each account
  • Represent Extract at events, launches and community cuppings
  • Log visits, training, and account activity into our internal systems
  • Share customer insights that support growth and service improvement
  • What you’ll bring

  • Experience in the speciality coffee industry or hospitality
  • A passion for people, service and exceptional coffee
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with everyone from baristas to business owners
  • A hands-on, organised mindset with great attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to grow and retain B2B relationships
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, scheduling apps, ERP systems)
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable)
  • You lead with kindness, curiosity and optimism
  • Why join us?

  • Competitive Salary based on experience & qualifications
  • Purpose-driven business with a mission to Make Coffee Better
  • 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising with service)
  • Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing app
  • Company pension scheme
  • Free coffee for home use
  • A collaborative, values-led team that cares about fairness, listening and learning

  • Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

We actively support diversity and inclusion and ensure that all our employees are valued and treated with dignity and respect. We want to encourage everyone in our business to reach their potential.

We work to ensure no job applicant, employee or worker is discriminated against either directly or indirectly on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
