This limited edition espresso takes things slow but keeps the flavour dialled up. We’ve taken our much loved Half Speed espresso and pushed it into a new territory. You can smell it before it’s even brewed!
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Thanks to its innovative processing method, this adventurous and complex spro really packs a punch. The Colombian decaf offers a stable body and base of brown sugar sweetness, while the wine yeast and peach co-ferment mean things get a little wild.
This particular pink bourbon coffee from Jairo Arcila has been exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours alongside fresh peaches and wine yeast. The peaches transfer a distinct stone fruit flavour, while the wine yeast enhances the fermentation process, producing a serious flavour profile.
The result? An espresso, full of confectionery-like sweetness, fizzy peaches is what comes to mind for us. Add some milk, and things take on a whole new level.
This coffee has been roasted so you can brew it as both an espresso or a filter. An espresso will result in a fruit-forward shot with a big aroma, or bring out the delicate peach florals as a filter.
A much-loved decaf blended with one of Colombia’s most respected producers, this is well worth a try!

MANCHESTER COFFEE FESTIVAL 2025
We launched this coffee at Manchester Coffee Festival 2025, and let's just say it went down an absolute storm. We had some truly incredible feedback, with plenty of coffee-lovers calling it the best coffee of the weekend.
We were slinging peachy flat whites and brewing up our favourite single origins for everyone to try and buy. Whilst we did sell out of the bags we took to the festival, we purposely kept a few hidden at our roastery for this special online release.
