As the days gradually start to warm up, it’s time to invite you back into the roastery. At the beginning of the month, we hosted our first Home Barista Workshop of the spring / summer season.
The full day course aims to help home brewers and coffee lovers to have a more well rounded view of their favourite caffeinated drink. From the farms that we work with, through to roasting, cupping and brewing, we cover it all!
We had the pleasure of hosting a lovely bunch on the 5th of March; the training area was buzzing with home enthusiasts and foodies keen to hone their coffee skills. We love to see people come in with a passionate drive to make great espresso and it’s so rewarding to help them achieve just that. We also make sure that other brewing methods are made more accessible. From the classic french press to the sleak V60, we’re keen to show you that there are alternative methods that are often cheaper and more consistent.
April is already fully booked, but we do have another two courses in May and June, with more dates to be added to the list!
