Coffee Flasks are in da house

The new Extract Coffee Flasks are in the building. Generally speaking we like our coffee hot, but we also like it cold. The most important thing, is that it is the right temperature for the drink you are drinking. Luckily for you, our Extract Coffee Flask can do just that. Hot or cold, you can have your coffee and drink it, at the right temperature without having to guzzle it down in one.

These very limited edition flasks are Kleen Kanteen's latest insulated flask with their new leak-proof Cafe Cap. With just one twist it opens to become a convenient mug-to-go. It has few moving parts so it's incredibly durable and, maybe more importantly, easy to clean! We love the electropolished interior, it doesn’t retain or impart flavours so you can switch up your coffee without worrying about compromising the taste.

The feature we are most excited about is the double-wall vacuum-insulated construction. It can keep contents hot for 14 hours, or iced for 40 hours! Recently Claire from our Marketing Team took one to Iceland and managed to have a delicious, piping hot coffee in -6C. We're just waiting for summer to hit so we can test the cooling...

We took this opportunity to team up with Bristol based charity, Frank Water. For every Extract Coffee Flask sold, £2 will go directly to helping them continue their good work.

There are 663 million people in the world without access to safe drinking water. More than 1 in 10 of these people (77 million) live in India. Frank Water funds safe Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programmes for communities that are most in need. Set up in 2005 by Katie Alcott, Frank Water has reached more than 325,000 people in 300 different villages and communities with safe water and sanitation.

They work across India, from Agra in the North to Telangana in the South West (and in several states in between). Their projects are diverse and depend on multiple factors including how the water is contaminated, where the source is, what the terrain is like etc. However, all their projects have a common purpose - to provide access to safe, clean drinking water and sanitation (toilets) to groups of people who need it.

For every £1 invested in water and sanitation, a further £4 is generated through increased productivity.
