Back in 2017 we ran a customer survey asking how we could make shopping on our website better for you. We listened and, bit by bit, have been making changes to make things easier, simpler, and better for you.
You may have noticed that towards the end of 2017 we also put our prices up. It’s not something we like doing but, with increased postage costs, increased packaging costs and a commitment to pay our farmers a fair price it was something we had to do. We still think our coffee is excellent value - speciality grade, ethically sourced, perfectly roasted and always with free shipping.
To everyone who has stuck with us. To those of you who gave (and continue to give) feedback on how to keep making things better. Thank you. Your wonderful messages often make us smile. More than anything we want to keep working with you and to keep getting better.
