Coffee Trainer, Delivery Driver & Customer Support
As our Customer Delivery & Coffee Trainer, you’ll combine regular coffee deliveries with foundation-level barista training and practical customer support. Around three days each week will usually focus on deliveries, with two days dedicated to training and customer visits, although the balance will flex according to demand.

In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of a regional portfolio of customers across London and the South East. From your first site visit to training support and ongoing care, you’ll be the link between our customers and the full Extract team, including our Technical, Training, Production and Roastery teams.

Keep the numbers tight. Help the business run well. We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead our day-to-day finance function and keep everything running accurately, consistently and on time. This is a practical, operational role responsible for overseeing core finance functions, managing a small team and ensuring our financial data is reliable and well controlled.
