ARE YOU EXTRACT COFFEE ROASTERS NEXT WHOLESALE ACCOUNT SUPPORT?

Extract Coffee Roasters is looking for a Wholesale Account Support to join our team providing practical account support to our customers in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

The role includes packing and delivering wholesale orders, using delivery opportunities to offer customers support and positive interactions with Extract Coffee Roasters. As well as ensuring a smooth delivery experience, you’ll be checking in with customers, thinking on your feet, problem-solving and delivering an excellent experience for our customers.

This is a hands-on role where you will be visible and present in our customer sites for the majority of the week. When you’re not on the road or visiting customers, you’ll be working from our fulfillment centre in Avonmouth or from the roastery in St Werburgh’s, Bristol.

Reporting to our Regional Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth and timely opening of new accounts and help existing partners deliver an exceptional coffee experience; focusing on quality, training, on-site visibility and building positive customer relationships.

In our fulfilment centre, you’ll work closely with our Logistics Supervisor to ensure wholesale orders for customers are fulfilled, packed and delivered smoothly.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Driving: Full, clean UK driving licence. Previous delivery experience including efficient planning of delivery routes and drops would be an advantage.

Coffee: 2+ years coffee experience with advanced barista skills, a passion for speciality coffee and a very good understanding of the wider coffee industry. Ability to train Foundation to Intermediate barista skills, with previous training experience strongly preferred.

Account Management: Applicants with previous experience preferred, but not required.

IT: Excel (or similar), presentation software, communication tools.

Communication: You should be a clear communicator with impeccable standards of written and verbal communication in English, be that face to face, on the phone or online.

Time Management: Able to work on your own and manage your time effectively. You should be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines whilst remaining approachable and in control.

Organisation: Good administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail and be able to consistently meet commitments in a timely and professional manner

Professional relationships: Positive and engaging personality, with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. Someone who can work well in a team and work with others to find solutions. You should be able to think ahead and take a strategic approach to customer relationships.
