High-altitude farming and family involvement define the production of this exceptional filter coffee.

Harvested only when the beans are at their optimum point of ripeness, management of the farm is a family affair, with the children & grandchildren all playing a key part in the day-to-day running. The result? Each activity is developed with care and commitment and carried out in the best way possible with greater success and enthusiasm.

Due to the steep slopes of the mountain where the farm is located and the significant difference in height between the upper and the lower part, the family has had to think outside the box, creating an ingenious mechanism using PVC pipes to move the harvested coffee up and down the mountain.

This sort of thinking really highlights their resourcefulness and commitment to quality.

From the lush landscapes of Honduras, this anaerobic natural filter coffee brings huge amounts of vibrancy to the cup with flavours of 60% Dark Chocolate, Kirsch Cherries & Prune.
