An often overlooked region, La Palma, is growing exceptional coffee thanks to Juan and his family seeing the huge potential in Finca La Florida. We are so excited to bring you another pink bourbon filter coffee in a class of its own.
What makes this coffee so special?
Huila, Colombia, is home to some of the most prized coffees in the world and for very good reason. Not only is the coffee education of the farmers incredibly high, but the terroir is perfectly suited to produce high-quality coffees just like this Pink Bourbon filter.
Juan Cubillos is the proud owner of Finca La Florida in Gigante, spanning 16 hectares in the La Palma area. Historically the farm has been known for growing lower-quality commercial coffee, but Juan and his young family saw the farm’s potential to produce high-quality coffee like this one.
Being a trained agronomist with huge amounts of experience, Juan was able to experiment with processing techniques and higher-quality varietals to produce this incredible Pink Bourbon filter coffee
This filter coffee is an excellent example of a washed Pink Bourbon. Expect tea-like clarity with notes of pomegranate and mango, you don’t want to miss out on this one.
