The drinks created by the Extract team are inspired by the nostalgic treats and desserts that we enjoyed growing up. After Eight chocolates at Christmas, Baked Alaska, Gingerbread men and Tiramisu.

All of our recipes are designed to be quick and easy to make during a busy service. From spiced berry tea, to a chai latte or a mint mocha. we’ve got you covered.

We have vegan options with frappes, designed to be made with plant-based milks, eye-catching pure plant powders like turmeric and matcha, and tasty syrups like spiced gingerbread and amaretto for those cosy winter vibes.

Looking to jazz up your winter drinks menu? Here are 2 ideas for a fresh take on winter drinks.

SHOP INGREDIENTS

GOLDEN MILK

Pump syrup into cup, steam turmeric powder with coconut milk and pour into the syrup.

Tiramisu Frappe

Measure milk, espresso, syrup and frappe powder into a Blendtec Jug. Top with ice and blend.

Pour into your best-looking glass and sprinkle with chocolate powder.

Spiced Chai Latte

Combine Minor Figures Organic Masala chai and milk into jug, steam together and serve.

Spiced Gingerbread Latte

In a cup, pour a double espresso and add 2 pumps of gingerbread syrup. Add steamed milk and serve.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte

In a cup, pour a double espresso and add 2 pumps of pumpkin spice syrup. Add steamed milk and serve.

Baked Alaska Hot Chocolate

Mix hot chocolate powder, amaretto syrup and cherry syrup into a paste in the cup with a dash of hot water. Pour in steamed milk of choice and top with whipped cream or honeycomb pieces.

Mint Mocha

In a cup, pour a double shot of Extract Coffee Roasters Espresso and add 1 scoop of Extract White Hot Chocolate and 1 pump of Sweetbird Mint Syrup. Mix to a paste then add steamed latte milk and serve.

Matcha White Hot Chocolate

Make a paste with white hot chocolate powder, matcha and hot water then top with steamed milk of your choice.

Warming Spiced Berry Tea

Cold brew your Berry tea overnight using Extract Berry Tea (Batch-brew to save time! (Store up to 8-12 hours before serving). Pump cinnamon syrup into jug, add your Berry Tea batch brew, steam together and serve.
