ICED LATTE

  • 200ml fresh cold milk
  • 1 shot double espresso
  • Ice

Add milk to ice. Top with espresso.

CARAMEL ICED LATTE

Add milk to ice. Mix espresso and syrup together then pour over iced milk. For a sugar-free option, try the Sweetbird Sugar-free Caramel syrup.

ICED MOCHA

  • 200ml fresh cold milk
  • 1 shot double espresso
  • 1 scoop Hot Chocolate
  • Ice

Add milk to ice. Hot Chocolate in the hot espresso and pour over iced milk.

CHERRY ICED TEA SODA

Add syrup, lemon juice and pre-brewed darjeeling to a glass. Add ice, top with soda water and stir.

Garnish: Add a dollop of heavy cream on top and allow to settle before mixing together.

(VE) Vegan Option: Omit the garnish or replace with Vegan whipped cream.

Extract Coffee Roasters Berry Iced Tea

Iced Green Tea Lemonade

Steep the tea bag and water for 5 minutes to make a base concentrate.

Remove the tea bag and pop it in the fridge to cool. Add the tea with fresh lemon slices and lemonade syrup. Stir and pour over ice.

(VE) Vegan.

BERRY ICED TEA

Pour tea over ice, add syrup then stir and garnish with mint sprigs.

(VE) Vegan. Estimated calorie count: 29kcal

Blitz everything together using a blender and garnish.

We've used a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a vegan biscuit, sprinkles and whipped cream. You can be creative with dairy or vegan whipped cream.
