  • 1 double espresso
  • 150ml tonic water
  • 100g ice
  • Grapefruit wedge
  • Rosemary sprig
Method
  • Pour tonic over ice
  • Add espresso
  • Garnish with rosemary and grapefruit

  • 150ml water

Ingredients
  • 100g ice
  • 250ml milk or mylk
  • 2 pumps of passionfruit puree
  • 1 pump of vanilla syrup
  • Turmeric
  • 1 single espresso
Method
