At Extract, we do more than just roast your house coffee. Our experienced team are on call to support you with training, installing & maintaining your equipment, marketing & the rest of your hot drinks menu too. That’s right, full all-round support, from day one.
Between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday our Customer Service Team are on call to help with any queries. During weekends, our Engineering Team are on call for any urgent support to ensure you have smooth service, every single day.
